What should I take: Creatine Monohydrate or BSN NO Xplode? - creatine dextrose

Hey guys, what are the supplements I take

Multivitamins
Buttermilk (after training)
Casein (before bed)

I try, the last for the next 3 months to complete really want to do more (although I know it takes much longer). Is it better to be a large, creatine or BSN NO Xplode? Thank you guys.

PS - I am also the dextrose, I understand you to (with the mix creatine / NO Xplode depending on what is worn).

Creatine mono. Noxplode be completed basically a "good feeling", it makes you feel better pump, but in reality does nothing that the CM did not (outside of energy - caffeine)

I have not tried any of them
but I have a lot of research.
NO Xplode can work out fat, but give you the energy, so you harder and gain muscle.
Creatine leads your body is too much water, so you have more, but it will help you gain muscle
I decided to go with NO Xplode, I'm buying.

Quality Creatine helps the size and strength. No-Xplode is a high risk product with a mixture of large landowners. Stick with products of high quality, pure chemicals.
